Custom Printed Covers With Message or Logos

If you require a custom printed message or company logo we can add that to your equipment cover. Messages are great for informing users on what is under the cover or to convey proper usage of the cover or product under it.

Company logos help build your brand and also let users know who owns the cover should it be taken off and left somewhere other than its intended location. While custom printing and company logos do increase the cost of the covers they are often times very beneficial.

How do you choose a cover material?

Some of the factors that we consider when selecting the cover material are the environment, your application, and how long you intend to use the cover. Generally speaking, if you have short usage cycle then we would likely recommend a thinner material to keep your costs down. If you are going to be using the cover for longer periods of time then we would recommend a thicker material for longevity.

What is the most common material?

90% of all the industrial covers ALCO provides are made out of the 18oz Vinyl. It is a material which is very slick making it easy to clean and its very strong. 22oz vinyl is actually what is used on soft sided semi trailer trucks you see on the highway, so you know that it is an extremely durable and long-lasting material. We make our covers out of 18 oz vinyl, which is slightly thinner so that it is more flexible and not so stiff. Same material, just a thinner weight.

What is the warranty?

ALCO offers a five year manufacturer defect warranty.

How long does it take to ship?

The custom made covers ship in only 7-10 work days from when you place your order.

Can the covers be repaired if they get torn?

Yes. If there is damage to your vinyl covers, then it can be repaired in the field using field patch tape. You can purchase the tape from ALCO and get your cover back in working order quickly.

How to Measure

Give us actual dimensions

When measuring your product to be covered give us the actual dimensions. We will add some slack to make sure it has a proper fit.

What if I have a complex product to cover?

Most objects our customers are covering are fairly basic shapes such as cubes, cylinders, triangles..ect. However, some objects are a bit more complex and its a good idea to take a picture of the object and email it to ALCO. You can mark it up using Microsoft Excel or any program that allows you to draw on the picture. You could also had sketch your design and email it to us. In either instance, simple or complex you can use our online form.
