Description
Choose Your Crash Cart Cover Style
Match Style 1 or 2 to the shape indicated in the configurator. Determine how the cart will be set under the cover and include any components that may protrude from its main framework. Contrast a drawer cabinet having a different design from a cart with handles or hardware at the top.
Determine which components should sit inside the cover. If there are no matching drawings, upload a photo and provide details of the shape in the Special Notes option. Verify the suggested fit with ALCO prior to placing the order.
Compare The Available Vinyl Options
There are two vinyl weights listed in the configurator. Select the color and material before evaluating your configured price.
| Material | Listed Duty |
|---|---|
| 12oz Vinyl | Medium Duty |
| 18oz Vinyl | Heavy Duty |
If the cart is for a hospital or clinic, verify if the selected material is appropriate for your cleaning products and care procedure. Consult regarding these concerns prior to ordering rather than selecting by weight alone.
Select Splits And Bottom Retention
There are options without splits that you can order or you can select the dual zipper or dual Velcro splits. Deliberate on where your staff will stand and the process of overlaying and removing the cover. In your notes, clarify any access points so the suggested plan can be inspected.
We offer bottom options which include elastic, grommets, drawstring through grommets or in a pocket. Confirm the end point of the cover in proportion to the wheels and cart base. Verify the design will align with the cart’s movement and your intended application.
Check Your Cart Before Ordering
- Enter exact dimensions in inches. ALCO adds fitting slack except to the height, as noted in the form.
- Show handles, shelves, and attached equipment in your reference photos.
- Note whether you are covering a stored cart or replacing an existing cover.
- Confirm cleaning requirements and any access needs with ALCO and your facility before ordering.
The configurator has optional text or image printing. If required, kindly specify the layout and location. For different carts, verify the dimensions of each cart prior to confirming the quantity. Carts that look the same may need different cover sizes.

Choosing A Material
Choose your material based on the weather your cover will face and where it will be used, whether that is equipment, furniture or something in storage.
Common Questions
Are they easy to clean?
Yes. Vinyl has a slick surface that is simple to wipe clean. Canvas-style fabrics trap mold and stains that are hard to remove.
How strong are the covers?
18 oz. vinyl is a very strong, long-lasting material. It is the same type of material used on semi-trailers to cover their cargo, and the abuse it takes on the highway is far more than most covers will ever see.
Which vinyl do most customers pick?
The two vinyls look the same, but most customers choose the thicker 18 oz. vinyl for its extra strength in bad weather.
My cover will be used indoors. Which material is best?
600D fabric is ideal indoors, or outdoors if the cover is mostly in the shade and away from harsh conditions.
