Keeping your equipment and machinery safe from external factors has been our concern. ALCO provides baler covers that can adjust to your specific needs in maintaining safety for your equipment or machinery. Our covers are made of durable material with a rigid surface that can withstand UV exposure and torrential rain in whatever area your equipment is located, whether at a loading dock or in a field.

We can customize your cover to perfectly follow your baler’s measurements. This will provide more protection by tightly fitting it over the body, controls, and hydraulics, instead of flapping loose common in regular tarps. Select the 12 oz. or 18 oz. vinyl for year-round outdoor usage. Or choose the 600D polyester for a lighter function and indoor storage. Available in a 10-color array you can choose from to suit your preferences. We also offer selections for tie-down, split and custom logo for your cover fabrication to comply with the requirements based on the location and the operation of your baler.

Common Questions

Are they easy to clean?

Yes. Vinyl has a slick surface that is simple to wipe clean. Canvas-style fabrics trap mold and stains that are hard to remove.

How strong are the covers?

18 oz. vinyl is a very strong, long-lasting material. It is the same type of material used on semi-trailers to cover their cargo, and the abuse it takes on the highway is far more than most covers will ever see.

Which vinyl do most customers pick?

The two vinyls look the same, but most customers choose the thicker 18 oz. vinyl for its extra strength in bad weather.

My cover will be used indoors. Which material is best?

600D fabric is ideal indoors, or outdoors if the cover is mostly in the shade and away from harsh conditions.
