Trailer Box Covers

Inactive trailer boxes need safeguarding particularly in areas prone to external elements. Our specialized Trailer Box Covers delivers the much needed protection for your trailer box, providing safety for your peace of mind. Making the right trailer cover purchase saves you more money, time, and frees you from the hassle of a faulty selection.

At ALCO, we manufacture trailer box covers that provide protection for flat-front enclosed cargo, utility, and camper trailers. Whether the trailer is stationed outside or in storage, the cover safeguards it from elements such as sun exposure, rain, snow, and dust. We offer customization to precisely follow your trailer’s measurements, so it fits seamlessly over the box, roof, and corners, unlike regular covers that sag and flap. Maintaining the trailer secured prolongs usage and preserves the components. It prevents fading due to UV exposure, roof leaks, and residue accumulation on the doors, seals, and vents. Select the 12 oz or 18 oz vinyl for year-round outdoor use. Or choose the 600D polyester for lighter function and indoor storage, available in 10 colors you can choose from. Included are choices for tie-down, split and logo for customization. Visit our page on V-Nose trailer covers for more information on tapered front covers.

Common Questions

Which material should I choose?

If you are trying to choose between the 600d and 12oz vinyl materials, please choose based on your environment. For regular weather conditions, 12 oz. vinyl is a great material at a slightly less expensive price. If you are going to experience heavy weather conditions such as heavy snow, heavy rain, and lots of wind, then please choose the 12 oz. vinyl material.

What is the most common material?

The 12 ounce vinyl is used to make 90% of the covers ALCO offers. Even though both materials are equally strong and look the same, the majority of customers pick the thicker material.

Are they easy to clean?

Yes. Contrary to other fabric covers that resemble canvas, vinyl is a material that is extremely slick and is therefore simple to clean. Canvas will capture and hold mold and stains that are difficult to remove, as opposed to the sleek ALCO Vinyl custom furniture covers.

How strong are the covers?

18oz vinyl is a very strong and long-lasting material, in fact, it is the same material that is used on the semi trailers to cover their cargo! The abuse the material can endure on the highway is nothing compared to your backyard so we guarantee it is one of the strongest covers that you can purchase.

My cover will be used indoors. Which material is ideal?

The 600D material is the perfect material for indoors or even outdoors if its mostly in the shade and not in harsh conditions.
