What are the materials used for the patio furniture covers?
90% of the covers ALCO sells are made out of the 18oz Vinyl. While both materials are very strong and have the same appearance, most customers choose the thicker material. Vinyl material is not a fabric, rather, it is a PVC material which is very slick.
How can the outdoor furniture covers avoid moisture or condensation from the inside?
Our covers do have vent pockets to help reduce condensation. The air pockets prevent water condensation, protect the product from moisture and give breathability.
You mentioned that the tarps are waterproof. What happens when snow/rain accumulate on its surface? Does it sift through the cover at some slow rate? Or are they 100% waterproof? I am just worried that snow/water weight will break either the tarp or the straps holding it in place unless somehow they are removed.
Our material is 100% waterproof and weather-resistant, so you don’t have to worry about the cover being damaged by the elements.
Do you do custom logos, and how much?
Yes, we do, and it will be an extra charge depending on the size.

18 oz Cover Tuff is ideal for harsh weather conditions.
Easy to handle and durable fasteners for furniture covers. Taking the cover on and off should be convenient enough on a day to day basis. (I wonder if the zipper lasts as long as the cover with frequent uses)
Push clips with Split Zipper at both back width height for easy on and off. It is an ideal option that ensures cover placement and easy removal with a split zipper, along with zero compromise on fit.
What type of Velcro/zippers are used for the covers? Are these heavy duty? Do they have a tendency to leak inside the covers?
We use heavy-duty Velcro and zippers, which are extremely durable and long-lasting.
What specific cord do you use on the grommets? Do you sell such cords?
You can use a rope or cord woven through the grommets.
What's the best solution for water pooling in the middle of the covers?
We supply inflatables or fillers placed in the middle to keep water from pooling in the middle.
Are cracks and cuts on your covers caused by too much exposure to the sun and outside weather covered by your warranty?
Yes, those are covered by our warranty. Warranties apply only under conditions of normal use and do not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, unapproved modification, or accidents.
Do you cater to rush orders? How long will it take to ship?
We can expedite your order. If it is possible, we will work with you. Simply contact your sales representative and ask them for a special rush delivery.
How do you secure the covers? Are they durable enough?
We offer a wide range of high-quality and durable tie down options that will keep the covers grounded around the furniture. We have drawstring clips, grommets, and elastics.
Is vinyl the best material for outdoor covers? Do you have other options aside from vinyl?

Do you have staff that will personally install the curtains we ordered?
For now, we do not have an installation team to personally install the curtains. Our curtains are easy to install, and the package comes with an installation guide.
Does the 12 oz material, which is cheaper, indicate a low-quality cover?
Both materials are durable. Selecting the type of material will depend on the weather condition you are in. For regular weather conditions, the 12oz vinyl is a great material at a slightly less expensive price. If you are going to experience heavy weather conditions such as heavy snow, heavy rain, and lots of wind, then please choose the 18oz vinyl material.
Where will my order ship from?
Depending on the products that we are providing, we ship from locations all over the globe to ensure timely delivery to your facility.
Can we pick up our order?
You can instead use your shipper to have your order delivered, since our covers are manufactured from different warehouses all over the US or even overseas.
How are the covers cleaned? Does it come with a manual on the proper care or how to keep the covers protected?
Vinyl is a material which is very slick, making it easy to clean, unlike other polyester covers which are similar to canvas. Canvas harbors mold and stains that are very hard to wipe off, unlike the ALCO Vinyl custom furniture covers which are slick.
Are your covers designed to withstand elements?
Our covers are extremely durable and long-lasting. For regular weather conditions, the 12oz vinyl is a great material at a slightly less expensive price. If you are going to experience heavy weather conditions such as heavy snow, heavy rain, and lots of wind, then please choose the 18oz vinyl material.
Can we specify the Velcro/Zipper placement?
Yes, you can specify the location where you want to place the zipper/Velcro split.
Can we request a clear vinyl as material for custom covers?
You can request a clear vinyl, but it still needs to be checked with production and the cost is much higher.
Are the concrete slabs included in the stand-alone dumpster cover?
No, we only provide the frame where you can pour the concrete cement.
What is the highest height of the portable hand crank?
8 feet is the highest height that the portable hand crank can achieve.
Can I use my shipping carrier account?
Yes, you can use your own shipping account, except for furniture covers, but please know that we do charge a handling fee.
Are tie downs included in the dumpster tarps?
No, tie downs are sold separately.
Can I have both grommets and drawstring for tie-downs?
Yes, that's possible.
Can I have a cover that is fully enclosed at the bottom and will have a zipper opening at the top?
Yes, we can custom build the cover according to your needs.
I'm looking for a custom cover made of Tyvek material.
We no longer carry Tyvek materials.
Are vinyl materials stiffer in cold weather?
Yes.
I have a complex piece of furniture, how do I measure it?
You can send us photos of the furniture from different angles so we can give you a measuring guide.
What type of dumpster cover do you recommend for large amounts of snow?
We recommend the Roll Off Dumpster Hardcover. We haven't received any issues with snow and this product.
Can you send someone to take a look at my project?
We do not have anyone in the field to take a look at your application, but we would be happy to answer any questions that you have.
Do you have a return policy?
We don't have a return policy, so you have to make sure that all the measurements are correct. Also, all covers are made to order.
