Securing the Covers
Unlike inexpensive poly tarps, our custom equipment covers have many features that can be added for securing them. Covers can be secured onto the machinery with elastic, drawstrings, grommets, zippers and tie down straps. Using these features allows for a secure connection which will prevent the cover from blowing off of the machine. This will also help reduce the migration of rain, snow, dust and other elements from getting inside the cover.
Choosing the Right Material
With a wide variety of durable fabrics, materials are chosen to suit the equipment application based on the information that you provide to our estimating department. The material which is superior in bad weather more so than other products on the market is the 18oz Vinyl or also know as VCP / Vinyl Coated Polyester. It is a fabric scrim of polyester coated on both sides with virgin vinyl. The coating gives higher adhesion to the vinyl. Coated vinyl also is superior in cold weather conditions versus a laminate. They have a temperature range of -22°F before cold crack is possible and also stay flexible in those low temperatures. Laminate Vinyls do not have as low of a temperature range and are susceptible to cold crack. Lower cost laminates should not be compared or confused for coated vinyls. Coated Vinyls are designed for application that require high tear and tensile strength, high adhesion and water resistance.

Steps To Order Creative Cover
Describe the item to be covered and submit along with that the equipment’s dimension (L, W, D, H). Providing photos of the item also helps our estimating engineers determine mounting options along with spotting any potential issues as it relates to a proper fitting cover. Industrial machine covers require attention to the overall shape of the product as it pertains to larger bases and or tops. Your photos will help us determine if we need to make a tapering equipment cover. This is especially true for large equipment covers.
Available colors are: Black Brown, Green, Navy Blue, Gray, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Purple and Royal Blue. Covers are also available in clear view vinyl that is weather resistant.
