We currently provide custom covers with 18oz and 12oz vinyl. To choose which one is better for your grill, you will need to take the local weather into consideration. For regular weather conditions, the 12oz vinyl is a great material at a slightly less expensive price. If you are going to experience heavier weather conditions such as snow, rain, and lots of wind, then the 18oz vinyl material would be of great help..
Vinyl is a slick PVC material. While 22oz is extremely durable and long-lasting, we make our covers out of 18 and 12oz because they are slightly thinner, more flexible, and not so stiff.
