They are completely collapsible for easy return and feature heavy-duty vinyl skins, which are designed to stay clean due to their slick surface. The thermal pallet cover encloses your perishable contents with a curtain of cold, and the thick cover helps maintain a consistent temperature for your goods during transportation and storage.
Available in both U.S. and Euro pallet sizes. U.S. stock cover heights are 36", 48", 60" and 72". Euro pallet stock heights are 91 cm, 122 cm, 152 cm and 183 cm.

Our insulated pallet covers come with an R3 rating. It’s not exposed to the elements because the batting is around 3/8" thick and it’s fully sealed under the outer skin. Reach out to us if you want a thicker cover with a higher R-rating; we will make recommendations that suit you.

Don’t just measure the pallet, measure the loaded pallet. Stock covers fit U.S. pallets at 36", 48", 60", and 72" tall and Euro pallets at 91, 122, 152, and 183 cm. How long does it take to get a custom insulated pallet cover?
It takes between 10-12 working days before you can get your custom covers delivered to you. The delivery will take an extra 5 days if you want to add printed text or a logo.
